In my second project for the Formula SAE team, I took charge of the rear hubs and hub caps, because I wanted to learn how to operate the CNC mill. This project heavily relied on precise CAD modeling and CAM operations.

Finite element analysis tests were run to ensure the structural integrity of the part in multiple driving situations. The testing was done for four cases: outside cornering, inside cornering, braking, and accelerating, which all passed with a large factor of safety.
